Default oil and plugs...HELP ME

okay u guys...going to get the integra tuned up today...(its rainy and my rentz gave me the credit card so i dont wanna do it myself this time)...i jus got my car, and im wonderin what type of spark plugs i should get and also the type of oil that would be best for my car 94 LS Sedan w/128k miles....help me please! thanx in advance...

As far as plugs, anything OEM spec would suffice. I use NGK. Do a search on the oil though...not too sure about LS's...

NGK Platinums... if you're on a budget, BOSCH Platinums will do. Make sure the gap is properly set if not pre-set out of the box.

As far as motor oil goes, if you've been using dino oil, stick to conventional mineral oil. I recommend Castrol Syntec Blend 10w30. If your motor has been treated with synthetic for most of its life, stick with a synthetic type... DUH!! If you've got the money, try some Redline motor oil--10w30 of course. Can't afford 5 bottles? Drop down and go for some Mobil 1 (what I use).

Some crazy people change their oil exactly every 3000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. Going past as far as 4000-5000 will not do major damage to your engine...very very very very minor engine wear. Ok I think I've covered enough...
