Does calipers from any other honda/acura fit the my ITR brakes.
i need a hub and 2 calipers to complete a partial rear swap i found. Because all i need is the rear brakes to complete my 5 lug swap (and a complete set of wheels i only have 2 wheels). but is there any other model that came with the same rear calipers or will only ITR calipers and hubs work? I hope someone answers this. im pulling my hair out trying to locate just the rear setup. TIA

Cool i hope someone can verify this and let me know what years. Is there any way to use my stock suspension and other OE parts to make it just the 5 lug pattern?

Prelude/CRV/Accord wagon bakes are more or less identical. I bought a pair of Prelude calipers for my R and the backing plate was a slightly different size. I needed to either shave off some material from the backing plate or add some washers or something. I don't remember exactly which way it was off because I just sent out my stockers to get rebuilt instead. However...
He's talking about the rear calipers. I believe the calipers themselves are the same as a GSR, but the backing plate is completely different. I don't know if you're able to buy the backing plate separately, because that might make it worth sourcing the plate from the dealer and the caliper from somewhere else. Maybe.

GSR rear calipers look smaller than ITR rear calipers to me.

I see that the 97-01 prelude has the same rotor. just going by ebay listings. But since im a trial user i only get 5 posts a day (what a pain in the *** especially when you have a post going! oh well someone heres has to know which calipers will work or someone might even have a set of stock calipers for sale! TIA

Why do you want different calipers? There's nothing wrong with the stock ITR brake system.

Are ITR calipers that hard to find? Surely autozone should carry a reman unit...
