Took Some Pics....

Well last night me and a friend were bored so we decieded to go take some pics cause we both just got new digi cams(fuji finepix 3800 and kodak LS443). We dont know much about photography and im looking to see if anyone on here would mind helping me out with settings and whatnot. The pics below were all taken with teh auto settings becuase i dont know what to adjust with the whitebalance and other settings. We also did not use a tripod which i just got today so we will be using that next time for sure. I would just like some feedback on the pics and any help from the pro photographers on the board. Thanks.

Didnt do that on purpose but it tunred out kinda cool so i posted

Use a tripod and they'll come out 100% better.

not a pro
but I would definitely use a tripod for night shots
and definitely take off auto focus if you have that on
for night shots autofocus never works for me
might for some, but not for me
also if your just getting started, I would use the shutter priority mode
and then adjust your shutter accordingly, experiment with different settings

yea, those were all taken with the kodak at 4.0MP. I just got a tripod so next time they shouldnt be so blurry. Ive read a little more into this stuff now so they hopefully i can do better next time. As for the coment about the DSM: I only used it because my honda is all dirty and i sold my rims so its shitty lookin and the dsm was the next choice.

Yes That is True I love the DSM power, but they do spend most of their time broken down. Nice car.

i like the location & lighting. can't wait to see some w/ the tri pod

one thing i like to do is zoom all the way out and get closer for a slight fish eye effect. or you can get far away and zoom in to get exact proportions.

my friend has a 92 GSX w/ 140k+ miles. mild headwork done. boost controller, t3/4, fuel controller, exhaust/intake...pushes 19psi daily. only problem he has is that is likes to eat clutches. i'd say that's pretty darn reliable
