Alright this is going to be my first bike. I have have found both a kawasaki zx6r and zx7r. The 6r is a 99 and is 3 grand but it has minor body flaws(which i am not to worried about considering i am a new rider and more than likely lay it down) The 7r is like 3500 and has 15000 miles its a 96 and very good conditon from what i can tell with the pictures. Sorry man, but why don't you buy something cheaper and more slow? If you had kids, would you buy a viper for your 16 year old kid?

id get the 6R. You may want to look into something lower... I started out on a 500 but its definatly possible to start out on a 600 and even higher.

Older CBRs are the perfect 600 for a beginner. Good luck.
