Need help on installing side skirts on my Si. They are factory honda and have the clips on the inside need help from anyone that has already installed them. Thanks.

 

Your going to have to drill into the body so the clips can snap into place.

 

It is a pretty easy install. I didnt really like the idea at first, but believe me it is worth it. I only used a few of the clips so I can get the fitment just right. I just used all of the clips that go on the back of the side skirt and one or two of the clips in the middle. The first thing I did was screw in the front of the side skirt. Then I took something that I could put on the clips so when I put it up against the body I would know where to drill the holes. In my case the only thing I could find was blue silicone. I put the blue silcone on the clips, then I pressed the side skirt with the clips attached against the body. The silicone stayed on the body and that gave me an idea on where to make the holes. The next thing I did was use a tap and a hammer to make a little dent on where the holes needed to be drilled. Its a bitch to try and drill a hole on paint, you will never get the hole lined up right. That should give you some kind of idea on what you have to do. It didnt really didnt take that long.
