a couple of nights ago I traded my car for another civic, anyway the guy threw in new neuspeed lowering springs (he said they were for a 2"drop) and used kyb 4-way for the front and 8-way for the back. My question is, does anyone have this setup or no how what type of ride it'll give me, I would like to have a nice stiff yet smooth ride, and would like to try autoxing a couple times, any coments will help, thanks guys

im not too familiar with good suspension setups, ive owned a few hondas and I usually just get decent ciol-overs, the car is stock height right now btw
i have neuspeed sports with kyb 4-ways on all four corners of my integra.
the car rides smooth. they seem like they work well together.
cant complain for the price.

Street - softer, like maybe 1 or 2 in front, 3 or 4 in rear.
Track - firm it up, 3 or 4 in front, 6-8 in rear.
It's not that hard - once you put it on you can start experimenting with different firmnesses. Don't run them on full firm for too long, can be damaging to the shocks internals I believe.

Quick89Si summed it up: about 20%-30% stiffer in the rear whether for the street or track and adjust for conditions. I think you will be really glad you slapped them on. The best modification I've ever done to any car was swapping the springs and shocks. Have fun.
BTW-if you are going from a stock ride height to a 2" (or even a 1.75") you will need a camber kit if you want to keep the inside of your tires.

No, you will need an alignment, because the toe will be affected. The camber will be fine.

thanks to all, very good info, yesterday was actually my first time visiting this forum, everyone seems to help out alot, thanks again
Neuspeed sports are a soft compramise between autocross and daily driver. IMO, They are better than stock on the street. However, for autocross they are a little soft. KYB and the neuspeeds should be a decent combo.

well this past weekend I threw them on. First I did the front, then i did the back and noticed that they werent going to fit, the struts were the type that sits over the lca, and my stock struts go into the lca like itr lca'a, so now I gotta sellem, but the springs are cool, kinda soft but I also have worn stock struts so hopefully when I get new ones it'll stiffen the ride better, thanks

yes, the sports that i have are a bit soft, but when i added my ITR rear swaybar, lower ties and upper strut bars they seemed to be better..
