Best Motoring Vol. 1 of Type R Legend. IN ENGLISH! It had a lot of good stuff about how they came up with the Type R models and what cars they compete against. They had the president of Spoon Sports on the video telling about the cars and how to make them better. He said first Tires and Brake Pads and then some other mods dealing with the Oil Pump or Pan, I can't remember which. He also talked about the Oil to used and said that people should spend extra money on oil that doesn't do anything for your engine, he said to use what the dealer uses. "Don't spend your money on $20.00 oil, it isn't Whiskey." His quote, Not Mine! They had great shots of the cars. Most important thing was the differences they talked about between the 98 and 2000( They also had the 96 diff, which was 4 lugs to 5 and a few other mods). The 98-2000 engines were done by a machine, NOT BY HAND. The machine was better they said because it made up for things you couldn't do by hand, the 96 engines were done by HAND. The 2000 also has better mounts, then the 98 version. They never show the 2000 type R's because they move on to the Civic Type R and then the Spoon Sports Integra. Just thought I would share with those that don't have the video.

 

Somebody needs to rip a copy and post it online.. mpg or vcd, whatever.

I got mine about a week and a half ago...good stuff. Gansan is a maniac...god bless him. He goes out there without a helmet sometimes, etc, and just tears it up (like the 'ring in the S2000). Talk about being confident in your ability! He even purposefully tries to unsettle the car in a high speed turn and basically jumps the damn thing...absolutely nuts. Video is sweet. Ive watched it 6 or 7 times already.
