I have a 93 Dx hatch. I had taken my tach signal right from the dizzy previously but now since rewiring I want to take it from inside the cabin. Where can I locate this damn wire inside and is it still blue?

 

no i don't believe it's Blue any more, the colors normally change after the engine wiring harness and through the wirewall to the ECU. i tapped into the ECU wire in the past but i don't remember the colors, and i don't have a manual or anything handy to look it up.

but i'm sure someone else knows from experience or has a diagram to check for you.

 

I can't local it in my manual wiring harness. Its ain't called the tach wire anyway.

I'll prob tap into it in the engine bay once again by the driverside strut mount.

I'd just rather do it in the cabin.

 

im pretts sure its still blue. its blue on the back of the gauge, and where it splits for the test wire
