I don't know now... isn't that being fairly conservative? I'd say you might sneak into 9s with a good driver.

hmmm. If its a ITR doesn't is already have ITR CAMS and why the hell would you use a skunk2 manifold, its the same as the ITR one. But whatever I say 14.00 with a decent driver

I missed the fact you would be running with 2 manifolds...in that case, high 7s pretty easy

hahaha seriously though, i have went 13.60's on slicks, with thosemods minus the manifold, and cams gears and pulley, . on street tires though maybe 13.9-14.1, slicks, i dont se e13's a s a prob
guys, this guy is a newbie, stop making fun at him.
anyway, NewbyforIntegs, you don't need those unnecessary mods for an ITR, if you really wanna go fast, either supercharge or turbo it.

Add a peterbuilt truck 10 lug conversion and you'll be hitting low 7's all day long

If you find a USDM 99 ITR then let me know - those run high 9's out of the box if you unhook the VTEC limiter switch. (It was a safety device to limit the mad Type R VTEC for rookie drivers.)
BTW:
Before anyone rips on me, I know the real deal about 1999 and the Type R.
