Default Vibrant 4-1 J-Spec Race Header

Has anyone on here installed this header on their ITR? If so, what kind of gains did you see from it (Butt Dyno or DynoJet). Also, does anyone know of where I can get more info on this header as it relates to an R?

Thanks for your help!!

I don't have any personal experience with it, but I would assume that it would perform similarly to the DC Sports JDM 4-1 or other similar JDM-spec 4-1's. The primary and collector sizes (and most likely overall length) for the Vibrant and DC Sports headers are identical, although the tubing configuration and resultant collector "pairing" are different. Depending on pricing, this header appears to be a good choice, especially since it is full stainless and TIG welded.

$379.99 is the best I can do on that. I get pretty good pricing on that stuff, but that seems higher than usual for Vibrant stuff. Let me know if thats a good price. If your interested call me tues. at 800-882-7231 ext. 10 at Racecar Engineering. Shipping to canada wont be a problem.

Where in FL are you located...I'm not sure where longwood is...I'm in Ft. Lauderdale on the south east coast....

Let me know, I have a JDM DC on order, but for another 80 bucks for one that is stainless and tig welded, I'll try and cancel the order....hurry.

Later,
Aj

i saw that header.........it looks really nice but i had no idea it cost that much........i though vibrant exhaust stuff was pretty cheap (in price).

still a good deal either way but i though it would have been cheaper.......but regardless if i'm ever in need of a new 4-1 header with 2.5" collector i'll deffinatly consider this one......

I'd assume that the quality is pretty good since they are TIG welds. Does anyone know the sizes of the primaries of some other popular headers we like to use??

I'd be interested in see that.
