I have a HID system off a 2003 CL. The setup is the same except the ignitor/ballasts are in one compact peice. These are a real nice setup. Complete with OEM 4300k bulbs. MAde by Stanley Electric Co., LTD.

the set that I bought from TurbothisLS worked great in my EK. good seller. hey, can u get other Honda/Acura OEM kits? I need an S2K kit with projectors if possible.

s2000 kits are hard to come by, but if i see one i'll let you know

Trevor, Just sand off the little things on the bulb (I can do it for you if you want, very simple). 'till those side things are gone and the buls is now a D2S bulb. D2R can become D2S's by doing that.

there are tons of different kinds of headlamps made by Honda that take tons of different kinds of bulbs. The D2S/D2R bulbs can be made to fit any housing if you have enough patience, but they are not plug and play into anything except a housing made for the D2S/D2R bulbs.

 

as far as wiring is concerned is it plug and play. if not what do i have to do.also i have a h4 bulbs so other than shaving what do i need to do

no it is not plug and play. you lose your high beams if you use this type of HID kit. you cut off the H4 plugs from the engine bay harness, and splice in the wiring (low beam positive and negative) to the HID ballasts on each side.

the wiring is just straight power and ground splice into your original bulb harness.
the bulbs will need modification, but it's not hard.
