steering with no axles?

Default steering with no axles?
I was told I won't be able to steer in order to move my car if I have removed the axles. I figured that it wouldn't be a problem if everything was put back together. thanks.

turns fine. make sure to reconnect the ball joints before putting the car back onto its wheels.
