The whole spreadsheet is protected except for the values for Torque, RPM, Gear Ratios, Final Drive, and Tire Diameter, and Table name in the three work tables.

Also unprotected is the last gear table at the top labeled EXP.

The calculated values are in row pairs - wheel force on top, and mph on the bottom. The percentage off the end of each force row refers back to the top work table which is the baseline stock ITR table.
