Difference between b16a first and second generation blocks.

To be exact, what is the difference between the 99-00 b16a2 and the first gen JDM b16a? Are both internal parts from the block interchangeable?

I normally don't post saying SEARCH, but I've answered questions for the last week about this very thing, so I know if you would just search you would find what you are looking for. There is a similar post 3 threads down right now!
