Default Koni Yellow + H&R Sport (problem)

My car...
Car: '95 Accord EX Sedan
Springs: H&R Sport
Shocks: Koni Yellow (not SP3)
Perches: Upper (front)/middle (rear)
Bumpstops: cut half
Tire size: 205/45/17
Wheel size/offset: 17x7, 40

I need help from you guys!

I found out that we didn't exactly install the front perch right the first time so we re-did the suspension Tuesday. After we got it done, the car is like dropped another inch or so! The front has about 0.5 finger gap while the rear has about 1.

H&R Sport is supposed to drop my Accord 1.75-inch (front) and 1.5 (rear), but now I am guessing my car is close to 3-inch lowered! Seems like the Yellow drops the car for another 1.25-inch or so! It rides just as good as before and handles a little better. However, I am considering to get the H&R OE Sport to raise the car back. We'll see after a few days of driving around.

Is there any reason why my car is so low? I know I am not the only one cause I have read at least 2 or 3 people had the same problem.
