Default Another immobilizer question ....

Which ECUs have the immobilizer ?
I have a ECU out of a 2000 model JDM Type R civic ...
Does it have an immobilizer ?
How can you get past it if it does ?
Thanks,
Lou

To my knowledge the only Honda ecu's that had the immobilizer was the 97+ prelude ecu and some integra's (not sure which ones).......I dont think that the Civic ECU (even JDM) ever had an immobilizer.

Plug it up and see.....if it doenst start then you know
You could always use a usdm b16 ecu.....just that redline wont be as high I guess.....
