What kind of power could I see with this setup?

If someone could give me their suggestions, I would appreciate it:
CTR cams
AEM cai
dc 4-2-1 header
rsr exhaust
VAFC

How much can the CTR cams give you with the proper tuning?

I'd say about 161-163@ the wheels with no tuning on that setup
torque at about 120.

I would say that the 16x HP is about right, prob right around 120 TQ...

Should be good for 14s at the drag strip.

My car with a similar setup, but add 64 mm TB, ignition (unnecessary for NA but I was spraying), 270 CC Injectors (again for the N20), RT Cat, UR Crank pulley, and no PS belt made 173 HP and 124 TQ. I also ran a 14.8 on the motor at 2750 lbs with me in it and a horrendous ~2.5 60' My car could have run mid to low 14s with better launching...
