In a "legal" drag race, who would win?

1) -Stock vs. Stock-

2)-ITR w/ I/H/E vs. stock beetle-

 

If you can't beat one of those beetle's with a bone stock R you are doing something very wrong!

 

You will smoke it. I beat a 1.8 Turbo GTI that had the split second boost controller (adds 35 HP).

 

The 1.8T is rated at 150hp to keep it from outpowering the 178hp VR6. But anyone who knows will tell you that the 1.8T is about 170hp at the crank. But you should still beat it, esp with I/H/E, unless you are a very bad driver.

 

We need the animated smiley face from off-topic.net w/ the smiley smacking himself in the forehead, because that's what I'm doing right now.

I've been getting the run-around for quite some time now. I called and spoke w/ my insurance company and they called the shop to see what the hold up was. Supposedly I am getting a call tomorrow to go pick the car up on Friday. Supposedly. We'll see.

 

A stock 90 integ RS can smoke a beetle. Trust me.

 

If I ever lost to a newer beetle turbo or not I would swallow my .45
