turbocharger would be the best way to get it that high, but the rods can only hold out to 220hp
best bet would be cryo your rods pistons or get beefier run a zdyne gold, 550cc injectors 255 pump and a turbo and you will hit 200 easily

Personally I think changing your H-T user name to something less ricer/stunnarific would help with about 4-5 horses...
You can start out by telling us what kind of civic it is, year and all...
Do you want 200 to the wheels or flywheel?
Do you wanna stay N/A or go FI?
Do you want to stay street legal or do you care?
Are you doing this work or not?
How much money are we dealing with here?

A type R motor would be illeagal since the Teg type R doesn't have an 03 model. Unless you are talking about a K20 which is an RSX Type S if I'm not mistaken. That's gonna be bucks! But try posting in the right forum. You'll get better and more helpful responses.

I'm sure you allready know, but it is still called a Teg Type R in the land of the rising sun. It is going to be big bux though they go for between $4500-6000, depending on miliage and where you get it from. Hasport.com allready makes a mount kit for your EX coupe, so the swap will be a bolt in affair. But yeah this is the 4G Civic CRX Forum. Your like three gens away bro. Good luck in your quest for more ponies.

Yeah, this is the forum you want I think....

But if I were you, with that much money I would do it correctly.
I don't know what all is out for your engine yet but heres what I would do for starters...
Intake - $200 for full CIA from AEM (I think)
Headers - $400 about
Catback exhaust - $500
Shocks, Springs - $600 (Off the top of my head)
Cams - $700 about
Springs - $250
Valves - $370
retainers - $150
New Headgasket - $50 *OEM Honda*
New Studs - $50 *ARP*
Cam Sprokets - $225
Intake Mani - $250
OBTB - $225
That takes care of all of your intake, valvetrain, exhaust and part of your suspension. Total would come to about $3970 without shipping.
But the only thing is, thats just ONE way of doing it, I would get the Full exhaust still and the suspension but if you want, you could get a Supercharger, Turbo or Nitrous without doing anything but your goina have to keep it at a low PSI. Then later on upgrade your fuel if you wanna turn it up a hair and full engine buildup if you wanna go all the way.
