i am wanting more hp for my 90civic hb std(with out a engine upgrade for now)...and someone suggested that i get a ex transmission? which seems like a good idea because i only have four gears right now..and a 5th would be nice...just wondering if it would fit..and how much i could pick one up for and where at,

you can get either the ex or si transmission, it would bolt up just fine, abundancy of the trannies is getting slim because of people blowing theirs up and goin to the junkyard for em

 

yeah...i live in a remote area...so getting ahold of one my prove to be a daunting task

 

even a dx 5spd would be better than the 4spd. should be cheap to find. cheapest shipping will be greyhound, yea they ship stuff 100lbs or lighter. good luck.

 

yeah dude, i bought my si tranny from civicwagonman, and he shipped it greyhound, it was really easy......thanks for the tranny mike, i love every minute of it. it shifts really great man.
