You want angled feeler guages for the gsr. The straight ones will be a hassle to do properly.

I think a Helms Carlos or a Paco would be better

I went over to watch integobsession and pdcdragon check the valves on integobsession's GSR yesterday... seems easy enough.

i'm confused about this valve adjustment thing, when your using the feeler guages to feel, what exactly are you feeling for? and how do u adjust??
all it says on c-speed and bseries is that there is enough drag or something, what exactly does this mean?

the feeler guages are nothing more than small thinly cut strips of metal that have their thicknesses printed on them... you use them to check or "feel" for the amount of clearance or gap you have and if ur wondering where the gap is... well c-speed does have some decent pictures and if u want to see more feel free to to go my site and u can see what it looks like on an LS motor which is similar although not identical. oh go to the diy section of my site and click on valve adjustment

EDIT: as for explaining how u adjust it, well again if u go to my site u can see pictures of teh lock nut and adjusting screw. YOu must loosen teh lock not so that u can adjust the screw. Once the nut is loosened, you can turn the screw to adjust the clearances, clockwise to lessen the gap and counter-clockwise to increase the gap. Does that make sense at all?
