Default gs-r cat back on ls

will a catback from my 95 gs-r fit on a 98 ls? what about a test pipe that has adjustable flanges?

There are basically 2 apps for 2-door models

1) 94-01 RS/LS/GS, 97-01 ITR, 00-01 GS-R = ALL THE SAME
2) 94-99 GSR

it should fit a friend of mine has the N1 i think the diameter is something like 2.5 or 2.75 and he had it on his 94 LS and it bolted right up to his g/f's 2001 GSR
