jdm turn signal light

jdm turn signal light
on my headlights the turn signal bulb plactic housing (that holds the bulb) cracked and now will not twist in. Is that a JDM part or a factory acura part that was used? I need to learn the righty tighty lefty loosy thing.

stock headlights or JDM front? - that's kind of useful information
also the kind and year of car would be useful
