taking out my a/c and heat

anyone know how many bolts there are to remove to get the center heater vent and box out? I got the two on the pasenger side but this center one wont even move, Anyone done this to there hatchthat can help?

are you talking about the part that has the stud/nut going through the firewall into the engine bay?
