What would be needed to achieve 200whp and 150 torque with an H22a? I am new to H22 and with place racing finally coming out with a mount for my car (90-93 integra) I may be getting one. Is it achievable with type-s pistons? I like b-series but man torque is awesome for daily driving. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am only a trial user and I cannot post in the for sale forum, when does this disappear?

it's an H22, how much more low end do you need on a Honda?

If your talking N/A, all the bolt on's, cams, pistons(maybe), and good tuning. I hope to achieve this myself, and am in the process of having my H22A rebuilt for my 1994 Prelude. Before rebuild, I had the basic bolt ons: Header, CAI, Exhaust, Pulleys, chipped ECU(Old Dinan version with 8100 redline), and put down 178whp with over 100k miles. Now, having the thing rebuilt with Type-S pistons .25mm oversize, crower stage 2 cams with stock idle lobes, dual springs and titanium retainers, crank bearings, I hope to be close. We'll see I guess......
HI we have achieved that already with just the cnc ported heads that we offer, set of cams jun or skunk2 stage2 and our prospeed/elite custom header. You can achieve this on a stock block and without type-s pistons.
yo..umm..prospeed, what was done to that h23 vtec to put down 235hp...I want to know, I have an h22 by the way, and want those numbers for my allmotor project..was considering going all jun(cams, valvtrain, pistons, etc) but will have you guys do the build with some of your bottom end products if you can hook me up w/ the info...e-mail skykid610@msn.com

I have a question about fitment in a 90 integra, will the headers fit? Placeracing is releasing their mounts within 2-3 weeks and I want to swap the H22 soon after.

Any links to a jun's authorized distributor? I found toda's (www.todaracing.com) and it has prices, but the only JUN site I could find was their Japanese site (and no prices).
