Please help with shock decision
Coming up on some b-day money, and currently i have neuspeed race springs on my 96 gsr, and im gonna get some new shocks, i was thinking agx's? does anyone have this setup, im not as concerned about performance, as comfort, because im going on a long road trip this summer. Thanks alot.
I assume the drop is 2" since they are race springs. KYB AGX's only guarantee a drop of 1.5". Most people who are dropped more than 1.5" go with Illumina's or Koni yellows. More $$ but made for your drop. My .02.
hmmm...money is not a huge issue, but saving would be nice, considering the agx's are quite cheaper, but if i got adjustable shocks it would take care of my problem? does anyone have a aftermarket suspension, where you get the look of springs, but the ride of stock suspension? like still smooth, and glides on the road, because if i cant solve this problem, i might have to return to stock, i cant take this bouncing ride all the way across the country. thanks alot for the replys.
Koni yellows
I switched out my front from tokico blues and the ride changed alot, alot smoother, handles ALOT better, and you can set them to soft or firm.Second choise would be the tokico adjustables.

ok good, thanks, that is what i really need is a smoother ride, just something tolerable, something thats not gonna make me dread driving on freeways, or interstates, hmmm...koni's, expensive, but they sound like the way to go.
