Any input on Exedy clutch?
I can't see that link from work. However, I have the organic and I'm very happy with it. Paid $180 from clutchcityonline.com (though an eBay auction, they're in FL). Consider checking them out too.
I would avoid cocksimport from what I have read/seen in the ITR problem ,lost of people had issues with the exedy and with dealing with said shop.

I would check:
http://www.clutchcityonline.com/
$265 shipped and comes with all the goodies. When my stock unit goes out, I am going to go Exedy...although most will tell you to go with factory ITR. Your call.

I bought the Exedy organic clutch simply because i had my transmission out and was doing a flywheel and JDM FD. I am happy with it over the stock unit because it engages a little bit faster and it can handle an extra 20whp from minor bolt ons with no problem (i push 185whp in my ITR).

Raced all last year, and two races this year, and numerous instructor sessions at HPDEs... no problems yet.. keeping my fingers crossed(and knocking on wood).

I have the standard organic clutch that I bought from clutchcity. I have had no problems with it. I believe the difference between the standard and racing is a high clamping on the presure plate and maybe different material on the disc. He told me the Standard was 15-20% higher than stock so I just went with that. Other than the pedal presure feeling ultra light, almost like no clutch at all its fine. The ultra light pedal may have something to do with my setup though, I installed it my self no problems.
ywah im thinking about getting the exedy clutch and flywheel kit, although how much harder is it to install the clutch. Im putting a B18B into my civic and im doing all the work myself and the only experience i have is replacing a radiator lol, but hey how am i supposed to learn other than by doing? anywho, do you guys think i could install it, i really dont wanna **** it up
