Default Proper Tapping of the Oil Pan?

The previous owner of the used greddy kit i purchased threw in his tapped oil pan, but i noticed something about the location.

Where the oil pan was tapped drilled straight through the side supports of the pan .... looks almost like ribs lining the oil pan.

I am sorry i dont have pics of the moment the oil pan is in the garage under boxes of stuff. I hope people can understand what i am talking about. I will have pictures up once finals are over.

Anyways is it bad that one of the "ribs" inside the oil pan was drilled through?

I don't see why it would matter where the hole are drilled though..

Download the greddy gsr install instructions see if its drilled where greddy says.
