Default B20Z head on B18A

If this will work I need to know what I will need to do this swap. I would also like to be clued into what is different (ie are the cams the same or are they a different grind)
The water holes are in a different place or something i hear so can I just use a B20Z head gasket and bolt it up to the B18a?

The reason for this swap is not a power getter it is b/c my B18a head has some issues which include a rocker arm that got thrown from one side of the head to the other (ie it's loose now i can't give pics cause clubphoto is down for me sorry)
and by the time i replace the rocker arm and get a valve adjust i'd be better off getting this other head (cheaper and seems to be in much much better shape).
I am tired so this is probablt babble lmk if i need to clarify my ?'s
Thanks
LEgoZ

yes it will work just swap over your obd-0 equipment to it. and use a b18a headgasket.
