# 3 plug is the only one dark in color. whats the cuase?

# 3 plug is the only one dark in color. whats the cuase?
I just built a motor, and im runnin 12.3:1 compression, NGK plugs, older NGK wires, 310's and a walbro fuel pump.
All the plugs are a nice grey color exept the #3, what could cause just 1 to darken? I was thinkin maybe that plug wire could be goin bad or somethin? Maybe somethin internal with the distributor?
Im probobly just gonna get new plug wires, and see where i go from there...
