We had the same problem on the same day. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=510136 . I was at the local honda dealer today, and here's what we determined, starting from the timing belt side, going right to the flywheel side. We used the "34334" stamped on the block, with the "33223" from the crank.
There should be 5 sets of main bearings, totaling 10 bearings. There should be 4 sets of rod bearings, totaling 8.
MAINS: green/green - green/brown - yellow/green - yellow/green - green/brown
RODS: yellow/yellow -- yellow/yellow -- yellow/yellow -- green/green

For the rods you use the number on the rod and the letters on the crank.
For the main bearings, there are numbers or letters or bars stamped on the block itself, use that plus the numbers on the crank.
Is that what you did to determine the sizes? If so then your ok.

ok the numbers stamped to my block are 2,3,2,3,4....so 2&c3=yellow/green, 3&3=green,2&2=yellow,3&2=yellow/green,4&3=green/brown..........anyone else follow or understand what the hell im talking about?
the numbers on the crank is for your mains.......so your first one is 2 and 3 = yellow/green, second one is 3 and 3 which is green and so forth.

MAINS:
ok, ludesleep, here's what i got for you. starting from the timing belt, moving over to the flywheel side.
MAINS: yellow/green - green/green - yellow/yellow - yellow/green - green/brown
so yes, i think you're right. Man, that's weird that we both have h23's but yet we use different bearings....huh.

hmm well im gonna use a plastigage just to make sure...do you perform this test with or without bearings on the parts?
with bearings be carful not to move the rod with the platigauge in place
you guys are lucky( or maybe i'm just unlucky) my jdm motor had no markings
on it other then main codes. honda told me that "some one was lazy in the factory"

Good idea. All those numbers should get you close, but you still have to check clearances!
