OK on a z6 head, what is the casting number and where is it located?? Also how do i tell if its a z6 intake manifold??

Basically i want to know if what im looking at is actually a z6 head and intake.

this is how u identify Z6's manifold

this is a DX intake manifold.... notice the junction of the channels are conected before the grove on the manifold.. here is the Z6.notice now that the junction of the channels its after the lil grove on manifold!

 

as for the head..... there should be a round stamp on the side of the head... close to the exhaust ports... should have a P28 inside the circle thingy

 

Whats that sensor on the si manifold??.....does the DX manifold have that as well?? or no.....

Does the Si manifold have any casting numbers at all?

 

the sensor is a MAP sensor and it mounts to the throttlebody.

Casting #s on the manifold are on the backside. P28 is the "code' for z6 parts.
