Default Track

Finally drove 1.5 hrs. to a 1/8 mile track:
My results:
10.349 e.t.
70.290 mph
.527 reaction

Is this normal for a Stock '93 Si?

Some humor; on the way there we found this:

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the time slip it doesn't say 60ft. anywhere.
There's some numbers under:
I1 : 2.495
I2 : 6.831

I1 is your 60ft. I2 is most likely your 330ft.

well drop your 60-ft (I1) to low 2.3s and you should see 10.0-10.2's

Here's a question:
I ran about 8 times when I was there
I was launching from 2000-3000RPM
2000-It hops a bit and the RPM goes up and down
2500-It hops a lot and the RPM doesn't go down
3000-Hops a lot and RPM is good but hops too much

What do you guys think I should be launching at
I'm on street tires

on a side note (not stealing topic) i ran my new lude (new motor etc.) tonight at the track, i wasn't really disappointed in it. i'm more concerned about my traction and wheel hop. best run of the night
15.00@93mph
2.42 60 foot
launced at about 4200rpms on bald street tires with 31lbs of air. got mild wheel hop.

all the car has is a jdm motorswap. dc sports header, and an intake.running open header (long story) i honestly have no power till about 5500rpms. then it takes off, it's fun, but annoying, i can't wait till i tune it and get that power back.
