Default cam gears for turbo... useful or not?

i've been doing a bit of searching and i haven't come up with any good answers to this so i need some help;

-are cam gears a worthwhile purchase for boosted honda's? what sort of cam timing do you guys run on boosted b -series engines?

-what are some opinions on cam gears for turbo?

thanks guys,

best bet is to hit the dyno for some tuning. kinda hard to butt dyno cam adjustments.

they are better for dohcs. they'll just move the powerband around to your tastes on a sohc.

I second that. I'd never use one on a SOHC, but it's worth it on DOHC. As far as tuning; What comes out of your butt? ****. A dyno? tuning. Put it together... Butt Dyno = **** Tuning.
