k, im pissed, dc5 mil connector?
ok, so i coulda swore there was a dataport connector on the dc5, similar to the previous gen tegs, where you can just do the ol paper clip trick. well, to my dismay, there is only a diag port, with a many pin connector.
im sure there is a way to do the old school method. does any KNOW HOW??
thx all..

all cars manufactured for sale in the USA (and i think canada too) after 1996 (i think thats the right year) are OBD II (On Board Diagnostic) complient, so no paperclip trick on them.
I got an actron code reader for OBD II from my local parts store for like $150. Well worth the money, expecially when i charge friends $20 to use it. Saves them a lot, and helps me pay it off.
I wish i could have used a paperclip too
