Adjustable spring perches are allowed, but the spring load-bearing surface must be in the same location relative to the shock mounting points as on the standard part. I am assuming this means they are ok since they dont change geometry/ mounting points?

Coilovers take you out of stock class. Change the springs and you're out of stock. You can run replacement shocks, and that's about it. Stock is Stock. Sounds like an STS ride to me.

What part of the Stock classification do you have confusion over?
Did the car come with these parts as sold in the US?
If so, yes.
If not no. It's stock fer christ sake.
Shocks and tires are about all you can mess with. (front sway bar also, though that helps FWD cars nadda.)
