Default Rear wiper removal

Hey guys,
I've been trying to remove my rear wiper (as a few people seem to have done) however I cant work out how to get the motor assembly out. Obviously its under the trim on the hatch ... but I cant for the life of me work out how to remove the trim. I have a Haynes workshop manual and thats useless as **** and basically tells you to remove the trim but neglects to tell you how. Can anyone give me a brief run down on how. Im too scared to forceful in case I break something (a skill I do seem to excel at!!! )
Thanks
Mike

No ... no plug yet ... I'm sure I can rig something up though. I thought I might be able to get a plug from my honda dealer .. but I just realised aussie type r's DO have a rear wiper. I didnt think they did ... must be only JDM.
Do you know of any good solns ... other than the one mentioned in a few posts ago??

I didn't really have to pull hard.. I just worked one side down into the hole (towards the trunk) using needle nose pliers. Once you get the one side it just falls right out.
