Default Is this Apexi exhaust a good deal?

Hey, I have someone that wants to sell me a new-in-box Apexi Dunk cat-back for $300 shipped... I have 3 questions... Plz answer all 3... Thankx.

1: Is that a good deal?

2: Anyone have, or heard this exhaust...(do you like it)?

3: Does it sound good? (is it high and whiney, or does it produce a deep tone?)

Thanx all... Travis.
