Testing waters: 1996 EJ8 (Civic Sedan EX)

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the title is CLEAN! So if you put a little TLC into her, she is worth a decent amount repaired.
This car is a 5spd 1996 Civic Sedan, EX model. It had 120k miles on cluster before I removed it. It is a rolling chassis right now, meaning it has no engine, tranny or ECU. It still has the wiring harness though. I pulled the D16Y8 a couple months ago and sold it with other plans in mind, which fell through. I thought about putting an H23/Vtec in this car since I have most of the parts already, but I want to get an Integra still so I might sell this car.
It has all of the interior parts also, some are painted white (stupid previous owner was a ricer).. but they can be stripped and returned stock easily. It also needs a gauge cluster to finish off the interior. It also has a cheap Tsudo exhaust, clear tail-lights and stock tail-lights. And a cheapo KOSS cdplayer.
The exterior needs a little work since its not perfect. It needs the following:
Drivers side Fender
Drivers side door (if you cant do bodywork, teh damage is not bad if you can)
Passenger door (same as above, its perfect cept where somone tried to break into the door handle with a screwdriver)
Both bumpers are cracked, but good otherwise.
I'm just looking for offers right now. I will more than likely return it to stock and sell it for alot more..but IF I can get enough for it how it sits.. then I will sell it.
As you will see from the pictures below, it's not TOO bad.. just needs some TLC. In those pics, you might notice the door didnt close all of the way, I have already fixed that problem so that's no longer an issue. It's been tested for leaks too and has no problem with water.
Here is pictures of the car how I got it, and it will look the same when you get it:

VIN Number will be supplied to those interested, and/or Moderators upon request.

This pulled from Edmunds.com 's TMV (True Market Value) Pricing Guide.
Keep in mind, these prices would be valid if the car were repaired and returned to stock! I'm just adding this info to show comparisons on value incase somone was interested in buying this car to make some money on it. I'm not even looking to get HALF of the Dealer-Trade in Value how it sits, which is fine.
1996 Honda Civic
4 Dr EX Sedan
Dealer Trade-In Private Party Dealer Retail
Regional Base Price for
Zip Code 37217
$4,992 $6,154 $7,760
Again, this was pulled from Kelly Blue Book, given the vehical be in good condition (repaired and returned to stock):
1996 Honda Civic EX Sedan 4D
Engine: 4-Cyl. 1.6L VTEC
Trans: 5 Speed Manual
Drive: Front Wheel Drive
Mileage: 123,000
Equipment
Air Conditioning
Power Steering
Power Windows
Power Door Locks
Tilt Wheel
Cruise Control
AM/FM Stereo
Single Compact Disc
Dual Front Air Bags
ABS (4-Wheel)
Moon Roof
Private Party Value $4,955
Private Party value represents what you might expect to pay for a used car when purchasing from a private party. It may also represent the value you might expect to receive when selling your own used car to another private party.
As said before, I am just looking for offers. If an offer is made that we both consider fair, then the car will be sold.

Haha. It's kinda rough, but most of the damage could be fixed VERY cheap if you can do your own body work. Otherwise, you'll be looking at $1000 or so to replace everything needed, including the motor. I've searched around to find d16 swaps for $400-$500, bumpers/fender for another $200 tops and doors for $300 tops. If you got everything in white, no need for paint either

Come on guys.. I've already researched what this car needs cause I was planning on keeping it, but since I am getting Sam's Integra I just need this gone. I could have this thing running again and body work fixed for $1000 easily.. so you will have a 1996 EJ8 for $2000 in good condition.. and in that condition it books for almost $6000. You just made yourself $4000 if you sell it on eBay
