Default OBD1 injectors

If I were to use the injectors that came with my JDM D15b, what wires would I solder together. The 4 red ones and the other wire in that connector going to the resistor box?

My old injectors have some 300k miles on them and are in verry bad shape.

I know there was a thread a while back but I cant find it.

Any puctures would be awesome.

I just cut them right befor the green clip of the resistor box and solder the five of them together right. Good thats what i thought. I know i am going to have to change the injector clips for the new injectors. Does anyone know if they are higher flowing injectors or not? I dont think they are but I may be wrong.

I know that they will fry if you do not remove the resistor box. But I have seen threads that spooke of removing the resistor box, solderg the wires together, and using the OBD1 injectors.

you can remove the resistor box and run OBD1 or 2 injectors in an OBD0 car. YOu simply solder the wires together that used to go to the resistor together and match the solid color injector wires together and solder the blk/red wires to the yel/blk wires

So there is more to it then just soldering the 5 wires that go to the resistor box together?

not really just soldering the 5 wires together should do the trick or you could use the 7 wire capped plug (connects them all together) on your obd1 harness then all you would have to do is splice the solid color injector wires together red to red ltblue to ltblue brown to brown exc.. but if all 5 wires from the resistor box are soldered together it will still work but kinda rigged.

larry

im spunvtec on aim if you have any questions
