Will a stock B16a2 Intake manifold fit any b-series motor, or are there significant modifications required make it fit, a GSR for example?

yes, except B17... dunno what you have to do to make it work on a gsr... it will work though....

 

The bolt pattern on the GSR is diff. Might aswell get the skunk manfold instead.

A B16A intake manifold will ONLY fit PR3 heads. PR3 heads include B17A, B16A, B16B, and B18C(R) and B18C5. It will not fit the P72 GSR head nor will it fit the non VTEC B series heads.

Wrong.

It will fit a ITR, B16 and B17. You can get it to fit on a B18A/B, B20 and B18C1 with some welding.
