If I do swap the heads what problems wil I be looking at, short or long term....what HP gaim would I be looking at it, and what should I spend on the complete swap? Drill out the oil plug in the H23 block, 185 whp, no problems. It shouldn't cost more than $30 to have a machine shop drill that hole out for you.
