Default header: i thought someone was goin to do another small scale shootout!!!!

as the topic says, i thought someone said in the many header threads that have popped up over the winter that they were goin to do a mini header shootout with some of these new headers. i saw vtecvoodoo post up his results on his car but i remember someone posting up about a shootout. who was it??? and where are the results???

It needs to be full race header vs full race header or just your standard header vs eachother to really make it fair. It`s not as easy as it sounds. I`d be willing to lend my header tech and comptech full race header if both companies were on board.

Well, I have a JDM DC, a Toucan header, a JDM ITR 4-1 header, and a Header-Tech SS Header at my disposal, when I do finally tune my car I will consider doing a shootout.

What's a Toucan header?
I would also like to see a head to head header comparison-
HyTech vs SMSP vs Toda vs Comptech vs AN-R vs Header Tech vs ?...

in my interest i would b more inclined to see a shootout of only headers with 2.5" flanges on a built motor just for the simple reason that most ppl do not run open header. im really curious about the AN-R and Header Tech pieces. i really do not think we need to bring SMSP nor Hytech into the equation, they both have proven their ability to make power. besides the over 1k price on those things i think a less expensive headers should b tested. id still like to see the tried and true Toda, Spoon headers too.
