Default FS: Rust Free 1988 Civic DX hatch EF

I have a rust free 1988 Civic dx hatchback for sale. Great body. It's from Florida, so there is no rust on the car. It has 175k on the clock though. It isn't currently running, as it needs a new battery, and a few radiator hoses. There was battery acid spilled on the driver's seat, so I took both front seats out. They will be replaced with grey cloth Integra seats. As it does not run, I am also including an 89 crx. The crx has a tape deck and 6 disc cd changer, ran great, just needs a new ignition (like $20 from a junkyard). I am offering both as a package deal, since the Civic needs a few things to run. The CRX just had the drivers side axle replaced two months ago.

I am located in Buffalo, NY. The Civic has been garaged all winter. Any questions feel free to ask, I would like to sell both cars vey soon, so I am asking $1000 for the pair. I have title and keys. here are a few pics;

the white crx has a pretty bad body, so I wouldn't recommend using the car for anything but parts. the passenger side seat is in great shape, the drivers side is torn up on the side bolster, as most are. The CRX also has a short shifter in it, so you could also put that on the EF

More pics available upon request

Oh God, why can't you be 4 hours south?!?!?

I have no means of getting those cars down to NYC, but damn....

Good luck.

ok, due to all the PM's and responses I have received on various boards, these cars will sell for $1000, not best offer, as there appears to be a sh*tload of demand for them. If you cannot pick them up this week, then they will probably already be gone. here are some more pics;

that's why this car comes with a disclaimer. I really cannot tell you that that is the only thing wrong, because i'm not positive. It comes with an extra set of struts, and a whole complete parts car. the hood latch locks on the first notch, but not the second, so that has to be either adjusted or replaced. the crx ran great, just needed an ignition. The battery from the crx should actually be sufficient, just needs to be charged.
