when im shifting i get a squeeking noise but i cant really tell if its coming from the pedals or the shifter... does anyone else have his problem or know how to elminate it?

And when i go down my girlfriends (dirt)Road and hit a bump my suspension squeeks too. I am riding on eibach sportlines with stock shocks and i was wondering if it was my shocks that were squeeking because that means they are blown or is it something else?

 

i dont know how to diagnose the problem itself but i have heard of eibach sportlines and the pro kit springs to have been squeeky in reveiws. None of them said it was due to any kind of damage to the springs, just a noise that they make possibly just because of use. Sorry i couldnt be more helpful, but thats all i have heard.
