ITR finaldrive in my CRX EE8???

ITR finaldrive in my CRX EE8???
Hi I'm from Sweden and new here so I'm not sure if this topic belong here in this channel! hope u can help me anyway 
I have a CRX EE8 -91 with a B16A1 engine 150bhp(110kW) and 144Nm(106ft/lb), this model never came to the states as U maybe know!
I wonder if i can replace my finaldrive gear (only the gear and not the differential) with ITRs finaldrive gear and still be able to use my original differential!
My gearbox number is Y2 and has a gearratio at 4,133:1
