RTR RSX (Pierre Kleinubing) wins World Challenge Touring Car race at Mosport!
First of all, Congrads to Pierre Kleinubing for winning the race at Mosports!!!
here's the article: http://www.speedvisionwc.com/news/03press85.html
A few other H-T members and I went to Mosport to watch the race and I had a REALLY good time!!! One big part being that the RTR RSX won the race of course!!! Another great experience was at the RTR booth. The entire RTR crew was REALLY nice and friendly!!! They let me INTO their booth to check out the cars up close while they were preparing them for the race
I even got a chance to sit in the RTR RSX!!!
I also got to talk with the mechanics and they were REALLY friendly and helpful!!
Plus, I got to congradulate Pierre Kleinubing in person who is REALLY nice as well!!!
I can't explain how AWESOME the RTR guys really are in words, but they get the
from me!!!
The Kingsmotorsport RSX was also REALLY nice too!!!

No doubt, they are amazing upclose!!!
Even more amazing when you're in the driver's seat
Spoke with a RTR mechanic and from what he said, the DC5s are performing really well. At first before they had the chance to work on the car, they were a little concerned about the front Mcphersons on the DC5, but after some tuning with the suspension, they are doing just as good (if not better) as the double wish bone setup on the DC2!
Also, not sure if others noticed it but the RTR RSXs' chassis has far more reinforcements added compared to the RTR ITRs, the mechanic told me that over the past few years, the competitors have been reinforcing their cars in much the same way, therefore, this was also done on the RTR RSXs for it to be competitive and if they were to rebuild the RTR ITRs, they would be reinforced that way too.
Lastly, the mechanic was mentioning that the K-series engines are responding really well to mods and that it has a lot of potential, its only a matter of time before they figure out the right settings, etc. and once they do, there'll be a lot more power to be created!
Once again,
to the RTR guys!!!

Not 100% sure about this, but I dont think there were issues with their DC5, I think they may still need more experience and testing with the DC5 on the track since they haven't had a lot of track time compared with the RTR RSX and other competitors.

CH-02DC5, you are the man! Thanks for those awesome pics. It totally helps to see what the pros have done to build their cars.
