i plan on doing a mini-me swap on my a6 with a d16z6 head, and i was wondering if i could jus use the plugs from the a6 dizzy and put em on the z6 and that way i dont hafta hack the dist or the arms....

 

gonna have to go OBD1 b4 you can use that diz...Go ahead and hack the A6 Diz mine has been that way for well over 10k miles without any problems

 

Or you can convert to obd1 and do the swap right.

 

I hacked a Si distributor for my mini-me. Here are some pics. It's not pretty, but it beats the headache of rewiring. Also, I'm using a PR3 ecu.

 

well the wiring wouldnt be that difficult, and i figured since you can wire b16 obd2 dist to obd1 and they work that you could rewire an obd1 dist to the obd0 wires, thats all, i would rather rewire then mount the dist all messed up
