Do you know this for sure? I hear that synthetic oil destroys synchros. I heard that MTF is oil with special additives.

Use original Honda MTF or try Red line MTF. My friend just put some Honda MTF in his Y21 and all he said smooth

The only people that I have heard say good things about red line, started using it when the tranny was brand new / freshly rebuilt. People who use it in used trannies seem to develop problems shortly after.

Use Honda MTF, it has special additives to prevent wear unlike just regular motor oil.
