Putting D15ba into 88 CRX HF
Probably tomorrow i will take my old engine out. Every thing is ready i took the axels out wiring harness is out, i took AC system out. I loose the bolts on the engine mounts. I just have to get like 3 people and try to figer out how to take that sucker out since i dont have engine lift. Im going put that d15b8 with my cable tranny. What i heard about putting hydro tranny into CRX its too much work to do. Im just worried about the wiring harnes does my harness plugs into the d15b8?. I know that i have to make conversion harness for the ECU. I will add some pics later on.
Swap aint that hard to do if you know what you doin. By the way this is my first swap.

Easiest way: Reuse your stock distributor, injectors, etc etc. Don't even bother trying to use the D-series hydro tranny. The mounts won't work. Use your CRX tranny, and all your stock mounts, axles, etc etc. You may have to take the driver's side mount bracket off of your CRX motor and use that. You'll have to grind it down, so that the timing belt doesn't rub against the metal.
